Finally made it to the Distillery's Christmas Market last Sunday - on its final day! It turned out to be better than I expected. The only other time I went was last year, when I went on the first day they opened so it wasn't so busy that time. But it was fun this year. I mainly went because I wanted to try Glühwein hahah. I wish they sold more authentic German stuff..
Sitting around the fire enjoying our Glühwein :) It was delicious!! It's basically warm red wine with a lot of spices..tastes like apple cider mixed with red wine. I want to try making my own one of these days.
I wear lots of sequins year-round but even more during the holiday season!
Picked up the new issue of King West Magazine ..was happy/surprised to see they took a picture of me walking Hennessy! lol I had no idea. This is the second (?) time I've been shot for streetstyle :D

Well if you love fashion you probably know that the 3 capitals are Paris Milan & NY so the best place to get a decent fashion internship is in one of the 3 places. Actually I don't have much experience to give you huge advices but I would say that if you want to work in Marketing internship for example, they will take someone who already have a marketing experience even if it's not in luxury or in fashion. The main reason is that they have so many applicants that they will not bother taking someone who is not familiar yet with the domain of the internship. The thing is for an internship in France, you got to know that you are in competition with all students from Business Schools and a few universities. People tend to tell us it's good to do a sales associate internship first because it help you familiarize with the brand the spirit but I would tell you not that much, they value experience. So if you plan on apply stand out your field experience. As a navite english speaker, I would recommand you then to do an internship in the US if you can for any brand and then apply for a further internship ( if you can of course ) in France.
ReplyDeleteRegarding the law, any internship that lasts more than 2 months are paid with a minimum of 417,09 euros per month ( then you know you can't be fooled ;) ) with a schedule of 35h a week. Generally internship in a saleperson are "3 months" because in LVMH they train you before you can actually "be an active" saleperson, they won't take less ( unless you have contacts... )
For an intership in Marketing/Finance/Buyings or any other they privilege 6 months internship.
