245. La Societe Stella Artois

Unexpected surprise in the mail a few days ago..my membership package & black card from La Societe Stella Artois !


Everything that was in it - a member's handbook, the black card and a few invitations to give out. If you want one, let me know! Though to be honest I'm not exactly sure what the perks are for being a member yet..




Went for some drinks + food at Deq in the Ritz-Carlton a few days ago



Then Earls after that where I got my usual white peach Bellini. I don't remember if I've ever tried peach bellinis at other bars, but I'm convinced Earls makes the best ones.


We got the crazy idea to sit out on the patio..it was so cold and windy! We were the only ones out there.


My spontaneous Saturday consisted of around 5 hours at Beer Bistro with a bunch of people from my building (well most of them anyway). Drank some Fruli, ate a lot of food, and tried Hacker Pschorr - beer is definitely not one of my favourite drinks but I liked this one. It has a very smooth crisp taste.


Then at night we went to Brassaii!

I have sort of been neglecting my blog lately because I've been SO busy planning my trip. I'm extremely excited for it. I will definitely be blogging about it while I'm there. I can't believe it's already May now..I'm leaving in just a couple weeks! When I booked my ticket at first it seemed like the day would never come, but now I leave in just a couple weeks and I still got a lot to plan. I'm 50/50 right now about changing my return flight to a (much) later date lol. I think when I'm there I won't want to come back. Plus there's so many cool hotels I want to stay at - I'm going for all the hotels/restaurants just as much as I'm going for all the other touristy sightseeing.
