290. Halloween at the ROM + Pravda

Crystal Head Vodka contacted me last week saying they loved the photos I've posted before of their bottle, and wanted to send me a little gift. They sent me these cute little skull shot glasses! Not quite as photogenic as the actual bottle though. I took more photos of them..will post them all next time.

Halloween this year falls on Wednesday next week, so this weekend was when all the parties were. I went to the "All Hallows' Eve" party at the ROM (museum) & also back to back Pravda nights!! Had so much fun..going to split up all my photos into 2 posts as there's wayyyy too many. Here's part 1!

Here's my "costume" - though I use that term loosely because this is what I normally wear lol (minus the Russian naval officer hat). I got a lot of compliments on it, including one guy who was sent by his girlfriend to ask where I got my entire outfit...

I went with my sister to this party at the ROM/museum..it was so cool!! There was a lot of food, drinks and music. They pretty much turned it into a club-like atmosphere. Great venue for a Halloween party! & almost everyone was in costume.

Fidel Gastro's
Now for some food pics..these tasted amazing. They're from Fidel Gastro's. We ordered the "Sgt. Slather": BBQ pulled pork, guacamole & crushed tortilla chips - sooooo good.

Fries & a baked potato stuffed with a myriad of toppings. Loved it as well. Every time I do a blog post with food posts I get so hungry...craving this right now lol.

Then we went to the second level for some cupcakes from Curbside Bliss Cupcakes. I had the cotton candy flavoured one. After that..back down to where all the action was:

The sumo wrestler's costume deflated at the end of the night hahah. Probably got a hole in it.

After the ROM party, I went with a couple people to Pravda..where else would I go wearing a Russian hat? I used to bring that hat all the time back when I first started Pravda-ing..will have to start again.

    Ahh the skull vodka shot glasses are still cute but yes not as photogenic.

    And yes haha i made that clear clutch haha i havent used it yet i think people will end up staring at my contents and i weirdly? But i'll use it soon <3<3

    Amazing parties. I was supposed to attend the ROM party too but got busy at work. Next time,I will attend. The food at the ROM party look so delicious especially those cupcakes. It seems grand and fun partying with those dinosaurs skeletons.

    Your outfit is hot!!! omg that pulled pork sandwich and all the other ones and the cotton candy cupcake looks so delicious T_T....I haven't even had breakfast yet hahahaha OH! I went into my mums room the other day and saw something that looked like Crystal Head Vodka! I'm not sure if it actually was (or maybe a knock off? =S) but I immediately thought of you! I'll try and take a photo of it next time and how sweet of them to send you some shot glasses! I really like companies that take their time to send their thanks to their customers =) And...I hope this isn't a silly question but is there vodka in the bottle? LOL I've always wondered ><

    re: I know what you mean about those puberty classes being useless, I wish they would be more realistic and down to earth. I sometimes wish they had even handed out pads and told us we'd bleed instead of just showing us a photo of our uterus/anatomy -.- Useless!!!

      hahah cool..take a photo of it! in my bottle? yea I still have half of it left..funnily enough I didn't drink much of it myself..usually it's my friends who drink it when they come over. I don't like vodka a lot.
      yea the fact that I don't remember anything about those classes proves how useless they were!
