347. Paris | George V

Paris in the rain
Cabbing around Paris in the rain. I was by the Eiffel Tower when it started raining, so I got in a cab to stay dry. I had the driver drive all around the city so at least I was able to do a bit of sightseeing as well. Paris is so beautiful in the rain (as it is in any type of weather!). Then I got out wherever the rain stopped. At that moment I suddenly realized how much of a high-maintenance traveller I am. Or just how much I hate being out in the rain.

I have exactly ten more blog posts to make from my Europe trip last year, and I need to post them all within the next month. Guess why..

Smallest breakfast ever. I was in such a rush to catch the train to London that morning..I ended up missing it in the end and needed to reschedule for the next one =\ That was the third train/flight I missed on that trip because I slept in!

    Not sure why you have to post them within one month... ? Very nice pics; I am rediscovering my lost love for Paris and I would like to return before the end of this year!

    Gosh this really makes me reminisce my trip too, guess I gotta go through my photos again lol Truthfully I the bf and I was going to make a short trip to London or New York this month but the trip we're *hopefully* going on next year is pretty big, at least for us lol, so we decided to just save for now, especially since I don't have a really strong urge for either places. I think I just feel the want to travel, wanderlust? But I need to be smart about it or else it might mean no more travelling next year haha

    I don't think you're a high maintenance traveler because you hopped into the cab, I popped into pizza hut in HK when it started to rain like mad, I was super grumpy though cause my flats were totally soaked! But missing trains?...I dunno about that hahaha Is it still your goal to live in Paris, either permanently or temporarily?
