Last weekend,
Anouk and I went for a dinner at the
CN Tower's 360 Restaurant. A reservation at the restaurant includes a visit to the different observation floors. The restaurant revolves 360 degrees and makes a full turn approximately every hour. We had a Prix Fixe 3-course dinner. We got there quite early to look around a bit before our dinner. Most of my photos came out pretty bad quality, so this will be a short post.
On the way up
First Course: Watermelon and Local Feta Cheese
with living greens, lemon glazed shallots, olivada, fresh mint
Second Course: Roast Ontario Chicken Supreme
with preserved lemon, green olives, Israeli couscous, French beans, thyme broth
Third Course: Strawberry and Pistachio Pavlova
with whipped cream, white chocolate curls
Everything was delicious!!
